How to convert lead files from note pad and excel to CSV

all righty right now
what I've done was I'm it were in Excel
and I want you to know that right now
only thing I'm going to show you right
now is how to convert a notepad file to
a CSV file so we're gonna go ahead and
open up my open up my wife older look
for somewhere where I may have a notepad
folder and see if I can get one got one
there is what is called ACN
let's open it up and see what happens
I'm going relatively fast i want the
file to be alone a good size for you so
to be something that's manageable for
you
so as we're waiting for it to open watch
what happens
it's going to signal me and tell me that
this is the notes and file that is not
currently in a mode that can be read by
excel when it does that
you'll notice that i get to make some
choices
this file is going to either be tab
delineated , delineated space delineated
or even semicolon donated or other
whichever one it is I should choose that
one that was separated into cells
it's asking me now is it delineate it is
it a fixed width or should I start
import in row 1
I and the file origin well I'm just
going to click Next and that's what you
should do
once you click Next you see it's already
separated tab in tab delineator if i
take the tab up it goes back to the way
it used to look I can click , and
nothing's going to happen
I click semicolon nothing will happen
I can even click space and oh it is
spaced eliminated but it's not the right
type of space if you see the numbers are
driving up here with a with the phone
number so tap ups
perfect click Next and then click finish
once i do that the file is open
it may be that with this ACN file that i
want to be able to see everything right
correctly
so if you don't know this already just
click on the line between the the the
columns and you'll notice that the each
50 provide double-click on the line it
will open up
so this is some of the ways that you can
create your own file
you're your own csv file that can be
imported and it can only be imported to
not respond with to send emails if it
has an email address so the ones without
email addresses they will not import you
don't have to choose to do that to watch
how cool this is
now i'm going to take the time and show
you how easy it is to save all these
files as a CSV to see it says ACM here
it says tab-delimited now I get the
changes i'm going to go here
i'm going to scroll down so you can see
all you have to do is grow into icy CSV
comma delimited delineated see that
comma delimited I misspelling or saying
the wrong but anyway csv see it there
now I get to go ahead and push save and
I have it right there
and i say yes i do want to now when I go
to close it out
it's going to tell me let's go ask me a
question do I want to save know I've
already seen that once I don't know why
it does that but just ignore
now let's go and look at my folder and
see where exactly
yeah i got a lot of things on my my
computer desk my friends so I'm going to
go ahead and minimize the window and
we're gonna go find that file and I'm
going to show you the wings -
now i have a CN in a CSV format see it ,
separate values
I've got a CN we just created it so
that's how easy it is and I know some of
you have questions about it but guess
what it's not that tough you can do it
