hi this is matt from refresh cartridges
and today I'm going to be a little bit
of advice on what to do if you're
absolutely impossible cartridges for
your in jet printers
I'm working now they were purchased from
us here at refresh more from elsewhere
and this device is that Universal and
i'm going to be talking about
specifically absent jet printers and and
those that take individual color
cartridges like the sx range index range
the range and my range might be out
about now
and now it's important for me to say
there are no absolute printers that just
won't take compatible cartridges
it's kind of a rumor that circulates but
it's really not the case if you've got
good compatibles there's no reason why
epson printer would reject them
completely always around or even you
know maybe the readers empty it just
doesn't happen it is always down to what
the customers who are using with that in
mind and i will be doing this video if
there wasn't
you know an occasional instance where
you put a compatible question and for
whatever reason you print all just
refuse to use it however it doesn't mean
that the catch is completely useless and
we'll never be able to be used in your
printer so lets them start by taking a
look at what we can do to remedy the
situation
so firstly and most importantly take the
country out of your machine and however
means you didn't really remove the
cartridge and the button on the side to
make the carriage come along or follow
the prompts on screen until it slides
into the correct position and and take
that cartridge out and always it's very
important to say and don't change the
cartridge in your ass into ever with the
printer off and then some people do it
because they have to follow the prompts
on screen but if you print it doesn't
know that you change in countries you
will look for a new cart region
I think a lot of the times when I have
some printers is reading a compatible
culture
is empty that's what happened they just
pull the carriage prosper , general and
it doesn't do it doesn't do anybody any
good
now secondly I'm later turn the printer
off and got myself a cup of tea and you
know you deserve it
so I got the cup of tea with the printer
off come back in a second
so now it's the printer back on I'm wait
for settle down now your friend to all
of course realize there's no catch in
there and will probably give you all
kinds of warnings just to make you aware
of this and that's that's exactly what
I'm by removing the country what we're
doing is forcing the printer to look for
this cartridge and i'm not entirely sure
how the software works but it is
sometimes and it doesn't look thoroughly
enough for the cartridge or any
partially reach the chip or something
along those lines it's not for me to say
really but whatever reason this trip
that seemed to work ok so now we'll take
whatever steps necessary for your
particular machine to get the cartridge
back into position and to reinstall and
cultures that we've been having a
problem with
ok so with this cartridge installed from
the brandon area is empty
it's going to try to reinitialize the
cartridge and and with any luck we'll be
back up and running right now you can
see and this work was me this country is
now being accepted and so we're going to
do some printing
ok so i hope that worked out as well for
you as it did for me
so if whatever reason that hasn't helped
it does look like you have got 42
cartridge there so please just contact
you have you purchased from where the
results are elsewhere manage all that
that all will get a sword for you and
that's about it for now and take care
