Copying and pasting text and images from a pdf into Word

Demonstrating how to use the Snipping Tool in Windows 7 to copy and paste images into a Word 2010 document.

ok this is a PDF and personal do is just
copy some text to copy its control see
I'm then going to alt-tab over to world
which is already open and paste in
control V and there is the text now if
we want to change the text wherein world

next I'm going to do is to copy an image
from the PDF and paste it into words to
go back to the PDF document the way I
suggested doing this supposed to use the
arm the windows snipping tool which if
you haven't found it in accessories so
start menu accessories slipping tool and
when it opens up you'll see the the
screen changes color and you just
outline whatever it is you want to
capture on capturing capturing some
words there which means I won't be able
to edit them that just be like an image
and soon as I let go of the left-hand
mouse button it's copied so now I
alt-tab back to work and paste ctrl the
now you can put you can put this in the
center for example or to the right
ok it's a large image so make a little
bit smaller to demonstrate so there is
in the center there is in the left there
is no right and then go back to the PDF
or tab back to PDF are okay so here's
the next text that I want or just copy
that control C go back to my word
document and
I just go on the left here and it's
ctrl-v to paste it in that's it
