how do you make a slideshow from photos
this tutorial will help you create a
video short using your holiday pictures
plus you'll learn how to add music
animation titles
Nate traditions and fades all using my
video editor
step 1
open them up a video editor program
if you don't have it installed click
here and follow the download and setup
instructions step to import your photos
and music
to do this click the import button and
then the add media files i find the
folder with the files you want to select
the photos and the audio file for the
soundtrack and click open the media tab
will open
automatic and the files full appear at
all the media files you need for the
project at this time
step three add your photos to the video
track select the program's storyboard
mode which is designed especially for
working with still images
choose the group of photos you want to
use for the flight show and drag and
drop them onto the video track below use
the pop-up window to set up the slide
display duration for a second if they go
starting point
click OK
step 4 set up the frame transitions
select all the image frames on the
storyboard then open the face tab and
choose a frame transition baster is a
good one to start with
click the Settings button to adjust the
transition timings
let's change the duration to one second
then click apply the selected frame

select the first slide on the storyboard
to go to the effects tab choose falling
objects and click apply to even use
multiple effects on single slide if you
wish
step 6 add fade in/out to the first and
last lights
to do this select the first slide on the
storyboard right click and select faith
in out from the pop-up menu check fate
in and said that duration 22 seconds
right click the slide again and choose
duration set the duration 26 seconds
instead of four and click OK
it's usually a good idea to extend the
slide display duration of fade in/out is
applied repeat the same process for the
last slide but this time choose fade out

step 7 add titles to add titles and

switch to the timeline mode by clicking
the appropriate button open the tiles
tab and choose a title style start with
a simple description
now drag and drop the icon onto the
title track on the time line above the
slide you wish to add the text to you
can adjust the duration as necessary but
consider how this will impact the slot
next click settings and enter the text
in the preview window you can resize and
reposition the title of the frame
once the first slide is titled to your
satisfaction
go ahead and apply titles to the other
slides as necessary
experiment with different titles styles
add comments to events in search speech
bubbles even caption your entire slide
show
you can also modify the father color
text animation and background if you
want to play several titles on a single
frame have to attack different people in
the image you need to add a second title
track do this click the plus sign about
the timeline and choose title track and
your exit title to this new track
step 8 add music open the media library
by clicking the media button in the
timeline world
select the audio file you wish to use at
the soundtrack for slideshow and drag
and drop it onto the audio track on the
timeline to remove any unwanted parts
place the red playback indicator at the
end of the last slide click the split
button above the timeline then delete
then Wanted segment by selecting it and
pressing delete on your keyboard
you might want to add a smooth fade out
effect to do this right click the audio
track and select fade in/out is the
pop-up menu
check fade out and set the duration 23
seconds
click OK step 9 save your slide show
preview your slideshow in the preview
window and make sure it's just the way
you want it
when you satisfied click Save movie and
save as video file in the new window
that appears to the desired format or
preset and click safe and very haven't
