Import CSV or Comma Separated Values into Outlook 2007 Contacts

hello and welcome to importing with
outlook 2007 today we're going to go
over how to import your contacts from
a.csv or comma separated values file
normally you get this from your title
company or any database system would
have a CSV file format the first thing
you're going to do is click on file at
the very top left-hand corner and we're
gonna come down to import & exports you
click on import and export the next
option would be import from another
program or file which by default that is
selected so import from another
programmer file click on next and then
you want comma-separated value csv
windows the windows version so a
comma-separated values windows version
click on Next then you simply Browns
where you have your contact file saved
if the title company or something had
Senate's you an email maybe you save it
on your desktop or if you have your
database out of in gmail you would have
exported out of gmail wherever you put
your database just locate that on your
computer so you click on browse in this
case I've got my contacts on my desktop
i'm going to hit OK and then i'm going
to click on next you could select an
option here do not import duplicate so
if you do have duplicates in your
database you might want to change that
option click on next
i know that i'm importing contacts so
i'm going to click on contacts because
we're going to import a csv contact file
today
click on next and then simply click on
finish in a few moments we should see
that all my contacts inside of my count
there they are so all of my contacts are
now here in my contacts and that's all
you have to do to simply import your
contacts into outlook 2007 thank you
