Creating Estimates & Invoices with Quickbooks SimpleStart

one of the beauties of quickbooks simple
pro is its ability to keep things in in
places so there's a list there's a place
for estimates and there's a place for
invoices and now just finishing off the
estimate for his last farm i added all
the materials which come to 476 pounds
97 I've got the labor cost missing
I think they'll be two days labor and
i'm charging 225 pounds later the system
as it all up for me and I want the total
now comes to 726 pants 97 that's the
estimate i give to my client
the work is finished i'm coming to
creating the invoice and I can use the
estimate as a basis for my invoice here
is the estimate and the system will fill
in all the detail about it and in the
invoice I'm not changing the invoice now
but normally obviously it might be it's
added but i'm not changing now I've got
two options what I can do with the
invoice i have it can print invoice or i
can email the invoice to my client and
it will email it as a PDF
