Deploy ESET Remote Administrator Agent using Live Installer (6.3)

1. Open ESET Remote Administrator Web Console (ERA Web Console) in your web browser and log in.

2. Click Agent Live Installers.

3. Click Choose next to ERA Certificate, select the certificate for agents to use and click OK.

4. Click Get Installers. A list of available Live Installer files for different operating systems will be displayed.

5. Click Download next to the installer file(s) you want to send to client computers. Make note of the location where you want to save the .zip file.

6. Distribute the compressed Live Installer file(s) to your target client computers using email, a shared folder, or removable media (for example, a USB flash drive or CD).

7. On the client computer, extract the Live Installer file using a program like Winzip or 7Zip.

8. Double-click the installer batch file on your client workstation to begin installation. Follow the steps from the installation Wizard to complete the installation.

file you just downloaded and open the
folder
double-click the ER agent installer

when prompted click run this will
trigger the installation of the ESET
Remote Administrator agent on the local
machine
once the installation is complete
click computers
select the lost-and-found group any
computers in this group with in this
example the microsoft windows operating
system will have the ER agent installed
automatically this will be verified by
the addition of the ER agent symbol next
to the computer's name
you can repeat this process for mac OS
10 and linux client computers computers
with the ER agent installed can now be
remotely manage from the ER a web
console including the remote
installation of ESET and . products
