Here I show how to find basic notes on a piano keyboard.

hey there my name is Scott Morgan and
this is my first tutorial on playing in
writing music on the piano and the first
thing I'm going to show you is what the
basic notes are on the piano
how to find middle C so the way you find
notes on a piano or as you look at the
patterns of black notes
let's see there's 2 black notes and then
three black notes then two then three
and it continues doing that
alternation all the way up the keyboard
until you hit the end where there would
be three but we ran its so and music we
represent notes using the first seven
letters of the alphabet A through G but
we usually start when you're beginner
music we start with a sea
so the way you find a sea as you find
one of these sets of 2 black notes and
you look at the note right beneath it
the white note
so that's a seat now there's lots of
different seas on the keyboard like
here's another one
this these are what we call different
octaves and if you want to find middle C
it's pretty easy you just kind of look
at your piano or keyboard find the
middle trying to black notes from the
note right underneath it
hmm let's see that's what it sounds like
the middle seat and then find the other
notes you just walk from there and count
the alphabet so see you

g her way stop at g so now we just start
over a b c you know this were right
underneath these 2 black notes again and
that's it for your basic notes
