and today I'm making a video on a 2015
Dodge Grand Caravan that we have
installed an Alpine double din CD player
and a nasa 14.1 inch overhead DVD player
now this is the vehicle here in a silver
colored Dodge Caravan this is the radio
that we've installed the new for 2015
Alpine CDE W 235 BG to double din
Bluetooth equipped car stereo that has a
USB input and axillary input RCA periods
for amplifiers am/fm tuner nice big
center mount volume dial this year is
the national brand and Jesse 1414 which
is a 14.1 inch overhead DVD player that
has a built-in USB input that you can
play videos from its got a built-in FM
transmitter built in sdcard slide you
can play videos from one of the cool
things about this kid is it comes with
three different colors of plastic skin
so you can match at almost any interior
also comes with two wireless headphones
and it is capable of being compatible
with any universal wireless headphone
now I'm just gonna beat briefly hop in
the vehicle here
and show you this is the Alpine head
unit here and this is the neces-
overhead DVD players here if you give me
about two minutes I was unprepared for
maybe a run and grab the keys and I'm
gonna turn everything on a show you how
everything works I will be right now
very basic functionality on the AM FM
radio comes on automatically with the
car key you've got your volume dial
you've got your back
forwards YouTube and buttons your
presets your CD slot as he reject button
is their USB inputs here hilary input is
there this is a Metra I double din dash
kit their reviews for this vehicle we've
also use the Metro wire harness to
connect the radio to the vehicle without
splicing any wires and we have a metro
universal antenna adapter in order to
connect am/fm radio so that's pretty
straightforward your typical AM FM radio
install we went with a double down in
his vehicle just to basically match the
sizing and I'm now briefly in the back
here and show you what the DVD player
projects for climbing all over the place
here
so this is the nasa 14.1 inch overhead
DVD obviously sitting in the front row
seats here in the back it is a little
bit large so it's more geared towards
the people in the back of the vehicle
but we decided to upgrade to the 14.1
inch screen for the customer because it
provided the largest screen size that
wasn't gonna be too obtrusive side load
DVD which is here all of your inputs for
everything else like USB St I HDMI are
all here and it has built in dome lights
there you'll see their led dome lights
and the controls are all on the front of
the overhead DVD player comes with two
sets of wireless headphones gonna put
the camera down here a picture of my
knee
in the store but this kid comes with two
of these headphones so set up it's very
economical in terms of adding DVD and
overhead video to your vehicle and it
will keep kids that are sitting in seats
like this
entertained for quite a long time and
the screen pulled up just like that and
you'll see that we've used the great
color shroud to match the interior so
that basically sums up what we've done
to this Dodge Caravan
