Airfix F22 Raptor Quick Build Brick Set Lego Killer NOT Clone

If you like brick toys like Lego and plastic model kits the new Airfix Quick Build brick sets are possibly perfect for you. The first arrivals of this quality award winning toy are made in the UK, and from making a few of these brick sets they are very impressive.

The Airfix QUICK BUILD range of models piece together using push-fit construction technology, are pre-coloured, come with a display stand and decorative stickers. They make for fantastic playable models that can interact with the major toy brick brands, and these brilliant new Airfix models look just like the real thing when built!

Considering how ugly and awkward brick set helicopters usually look, I built the Airfix Apache Helicopter to find not only a nice looking small scale model but a very strong core design and very easy build. I know many people will struggle with idea of a toy which is part plastic kit, part lego set and part puzzle. There is a real trend for every toy maker / company to have a brick set toy which is Lego compatible to compete with the massive market share Lego has. These Airfix brick sets are very different to Lego because of the realistic and detailed outer skin incorporated in the outer bricks of the models. This is a stunning leap forward in brick building design and ideas. Lets hope Airfix scale up these brick toys so Lego minifigures can ride inside these amazing plastic models.
