start video
our goal is to get you up and running
with PS TV or pro as fast as possible
this is the start a band PST or pearl
and from here you can perform some basic
functions such as print print preview
you can set file associations so that
PCSO pro will open up if you click on
msg EML PST or OSD files and you can
adjust the settings which includes the
default font and you can also select
from one of the many different languages
that PSD vr pro supports ok the mail tab
is where you're probably going to be
doing most of your work to get started
use the exploratory to select a folder
that contains your your email messages
PST files will show as part of the menu
system you can expand the PST file and
if you like you can use this icon to
read all of the folders in the PST file
it will try to load them all up or if
you know that you just want to read in a
specific folder you can just click on
that folder
e-mails can be selected directly from
the mail list by clicking on them you
can use the up and down arrows also to
scroll through the emails PSD or pro
includes the ability to view the
properties of the emails you can also
reply and forward using your windows
email client and there is also a search
function you can search on some of the
basic fields in an email including from
subject header you can search for text
you can even indicate a date range to
export an email message to PDF or one of
the other supported formats you can
click on it you can also select a range
of messages selected messages will
appear with a blue highlight now just
select the export format that you want
to convert the email messages into
and click the export button choose a
target location for the files click OK
and PSD viewer pro exports the email
messages for you from the view menu is
where you can change the look and feel
of PSD viewer pro you can select from
one of the many different skins that are
available on the help tab is where you
can get some assistance including
finding the help file for PSD or pearl
