hi I'm Holly Sola and a bit of craft
expert for 15 years
today I'm going to show you how to make
a picture bingo card using Egyptian
numeral now here I have a piece of card
stock that is 5 by 6
now the reason that we do 5 by 6 is we
need five squares a top going top to
bottom to trace out RBI NGO and six down
the side because one of these squares is
going to be a letter the other ones is
going to be the number
so we're going to do up here we're going
to write V I n G
oh ok now in here is where we're going
to place all of our numbers now
Egyptian numerals you can go online and
print these out or you can go online and
look at the numerals and draw them in
whichever is your taste if you like to
take the time to actually do these
things to learn how it feels to write
these things out then I i say go for it
but if you're just having a good time i
highly recommend just printing these
things out and making them work for you
now this was very simple as i said i
googled it and I printed these out from
the computer and they show you
characters from one all the way up to
9,000
so just like you would room in roman
numerals
if you have 10 of something you have one
all the way through nine and you do
those you put those separately
ok but if it's 10 you do the character
for 10 with the character that you're
adding up next to it so if it's 11
you put 10 first and then the character
for the one so it's 10 plus 1 or 10 plus
2 or 10 plus 3 and so on and so forth
same goes for 200 if you have 220
where is it 229
that's what you're going to do because
we're reading from left to right
we're doing 229 that's pretty much how
it's going to go but for these here i'm
going to guess that you're probably
using this for educational reasons
purposes
so we're going to cut these up and place
them wherever you would like and then as
the numbers come out of your bingo of
your bingo roller you're going to mark
those down now remember
as with any other bingo card the center
space here
they're down from the n3 from the top
three from the bottom you're going to
mark an X or something in there because
it's a because it's an Egyptian thing
you may want to do some sort of Egyptian
design or you know you want to stay away
from squiggly obviously because you
don't want to use that so I would just
put it next to it
anyhow so you'll glue these on and then
you'll fill up the card and then you
will start playing your game and that is
how you make a picture bingo card using
Egyptian numerals
see you next time
