Import FLV files into Adobe Premiere (How To)

Hey guys just a quickie here on how to import FLV files (specifically created with OBS) into adobe premiere. This could conceivably work with FLV created with other programs as well but not entirely sure. This is a loss-less conversion which does not need re-encoding. Please like, comment, and subscribe. hello YouTube death cab's here today I'm
just gonna be showing you a short little
video on how to import flv files into
Adobe Premiere namely flv files that you
record with OBS could potentially work
with other flv files but not for sure on
that so i'm going to open up my folder
here is the FLV file that I created
i'm going to try to do is drag that into
adobe premiere and as you see as i drag
it
nothing's really going to happen because
it's not recognize format so we'll need
to do is use OBS studio and remarks the
flv into an mp4 file which will be
premier will then be able to recognize
so I'm going to pull that up here
looking for studio will be a studio
getting that loaded up here that's what
it's going to look like so we're gonna
go under file remix recordings bros and
we're gonna go ahead and select a file
here go ahead and select open and
remarks recording remixed as you can see
it doesn't take a whole lot of time very
little conversion just basically three
copies of file into a different format
now we can go ahead and close out of
that as you can see here we've got our
mp4 file its going to be a little bit
larger than no it's actually about the
same size tap it larger
now we can go ahead and drag it over to
adobe premiere and as you see it's doing
something so that loaded and that's just
a quick tutorial of how to get the MP
flv into mp4 format that adobe premiere
