How to Disable Overheating Auto Shutdown(Windows 7)

If your laptop is shutting down and saying because of over heating then you can turn that setting off. *PLEASE READ* If your computer is actually turning off from over heating and not just from some other malfunction, then I recommend not doing this and seeking the cause of the problem.

auto shutdown function because I've been
having problems like i'll be like doing
something on the computer and then all
of a sudden like if you're going to be
overheating but my computer
automatically reacts and shuts down like

and oh and this is for your laptop in
Windows 7
so go to your battery and click it more
power options go up here to change plan
settings
all right now go to change advanced
power settings scroll to processor power
management and then system cooling
policy
all right and then you want to change
these yours will probably be on active
because that's the stock setting to it
so what you want to do is click on them
and years beyond active so swap them to
passive and do it for plugged in to
change it to passive apply it and ok and
that should stop your computer from
doing the auto shutdown because of
overheating
