In this video I am showing ya'll how to convert an image to another image file type online for free and very quickly! Also, I am showing all of you how to change the program icon image of any program (Internet explorer, My Documents, Microsoft Office, etc.) You can change the icon of basically anything so you all can find an awesome picture online and make it your icon for a certain program!
