Convert .FLAC to use with iTunes

Got a hold of some .FLAC files? Using iTunes? UH OH.
I'll help you get those songs playing in no time!

download audacity for free:

get LAME mp3 encoder:

You don't need to convert song by song, as you can convert multiple as long as you have them in Audacity and also have them selected. This to me, defeats the purpose of downloading additional software to convert .FLAC files specifically. Yay for Audacity!

today I'm gonna show you how to change
your flat files into mp3 so then you can
upload them straight into your itunes to
upload them remove them
I don't know you can put them into
itunes so basically at a few songs here
we'll have a whole album but i'm going
to select a couple songs and drag him
into audacity so to get audacity i'll

the two songs and audacity now hit ctrl
a once again control a that will select
all the songs in audacity and simply go
to file so i simply go to file export
multiple and this menu should pop up and
we're going to select mp3 files good
options select your bitrate quality
whatever stereo of course
okay then we're going to create an mp3
folder since we don't have another
folder in here where we going to put
ourselves we will have doubles right so
we're going to hit create and it
basically says maybe mp3 folder so now
we're going to go back to the file you
see the mp3 folder right there and of
course is empty
let's go back density and we're going to
hit export now you can leave these the
same you can do whatever take it with
him if you want
so anyways hit export so now you can
change the names of the songs with album
more than whatever track title and we're
going to just keep more the same going
to hit okay thats first for the first
song and now this is the second song it
ok get that's gonna start exporting
right away at our chosen settings so
this shouldn't take too long it all
depends on your computer from I takes a
little bit longer i guess my computer is
getting old but it's done now it says
successfully exported ok now we're going
to minimize that audacity so now mp3
folder has a two songs and of course
they both work
yeah
the second saw so they both work and I
have my itunes right here
so previously you were able to actually
move your flat files into itunes tapes i
wasn't flat files now go ahead and hit
mp3 track those right in and there you
go right up in there so it's been a 3
