hi guys it's Fred here at pro tennis
trader in this video I'm gonna show you
how to download and use the fair ball
trading platform on a Mac using the
wine-bottle application so that we can
actually trade tennis matches as with a
lot of programs and applications these
days a lot of them are still not
compatible with MacBooks however by
using the wine-bottle application we can
use fair bots in exactly the same way
that we would do on a Windows computer
so very simply all that we do is we just
pop into google wine bottle er and wine
bottle er should be the first one that
comes up yes it is so wine bottle you
can run Windows based programs on a Mac
wine bottle er Cronenberg dot org so we
just click on this and you see here
there are actually two options to
download there's a wine bottle er 2.0
which looks like it's in the development
stage and if there are two options like
this I would always actually choose the
wine bottle er stable version and that
may just be a few bugs in the
development stage so to salt to avoid
any issues download the stable version
of wine bottle up when you click
download this little box will come up
just saying that in order for them to
make some money you just gotta watch an
advert for about five seconds that's
because the the program is free and that
just enables them to actually make money
for people using the program I always
click deny when a box comes up like this
just out of habits legacy my advert is
entire I'm currently in Thailand and and
I must have my VPN currently switched
off just check that yeah so I do use a
VPN when I'm abroad and I've currently
got that switched off hence why the
advert is in time so let me just click
skip ad comes on to this next page and
start now and that will actually start
the download and that download box will
appear in the bottom left-hand side and
this is being done on a on the Chrome
browser but you can of course use it on
any browser that you tend to use on your
own macbook as you can see I have got
the fastest internet at the moment so
I'm actually going to cut this video off
and come back to it when it has
downloaded
okay so here we are the one bottler app
has now downloaded so all we do is we
come down to the bottom left hand side
we click on this arrow we click open and
then if you haven't downloaded an app
before on your macbook this is what you
do when you do load download an app you
just very simply select the app and just
drag and drop it into the Applications
folder so you need to drag and drop both
wine bottle and wine into the
Applications folder now because I do
already have this application on my
macbook I'm not going to do it again
just in case it causes any sort of
complications or issues with the current
system that I'm using but very simply
just drag and drop those into the folder
and then you have the application on
your macbook ready to use and once the
wine bottle application is installed
then we can go on to download the fare
box trading platform so in order to
download the fairbault trading platform
we just pop their BOTS into Google and
it's the first one that comes up here we
go fahrbot trading software for Betfair
the betting exchange so we'll click on
this link and it will take us to the bin
techo home page so this is the page
where you're actually going to get your
download from it's certainly worth
having a read through and just to find
out a bit more about fahrbot to see
exactly what you can use it for I mean
it's just not tennis trading that you
can just that you can use it for all
other types of sports trading so what
we're going to do here we are going to
click the download free 15 day trial
after this period of the 15 day trial
then you can actually click - to
actually buy one of their packages so
when you click on that the download box
will appear on the left hand side again
you just click on this arrow click open
and it warns you here you're about to
open a wine file they actually have two
options here you can run directly in
your wine files or you can actually
convert it to a simple application I've
done both in the past I recommend
running it directly in your wine files
as when you open an application or
download and make an application it uses
a lot of space on your macbook so run
directly in wine files and here much
like you would get when you're
downloading any other type of program
just scroll through the the terms
conditions like set the agreement click
Next
and then again like with many programs
you download you just want to choose
where you want to put it so that's
absolutely fine I'll just click Next
again and then you can name the file and
I've just call this one fair bot 19 and
click Next again you want to create a
desktop shortcut as well and that's very
useful
so again tick that click Next and then
click install to actually install the
the whole platform it installs very
quickly and then you have the option to
launch fair bots at the start you'll
notice straight away that it's already
starting to look like and it would do on
a Windows system and there we have it
it's all downloaded very quickly I like
to make the Box a bit bigger to kind of
fit the whole screen
and then when you've got it all
downloaded you can log in using your
Betfair account details so ensure you
have got a bet fare accounts and and
that is the information that you use to
log into your fare bots platform click
down here and just make sure it's
Betfair comm not any of the other
options and obviously I'm not going to
put my my information in here but you
can see this is how you download the
fairbault platform using the wine-bottle
err application
