How to Enable Personal Hotspot on iOS 10, iOS 9, iOS 8

Noticed Personal hotspot sharing was disabled and I thought i could share how to enable/activate it in iOS8 on the iphone.
The procedure is simple:
go to Settings, Cellular, Cellular Data Network
Copy the network setting values and paste them in personal hospot
wait a couple of seconds and it'll be activated.
Then subscribe to my channel :)

No Personal Hotspot menu in Settings on iOS8
To enable it, follow this procedure.
In Settings, go to Cellular
Cellular Data Network

Copy Data Settings.. APN, and Username and Password if available

Scroll down to the bottom
Locate Personal Hotspot settings and paste APN settings
Select All
Copy
Scroll down to Personal Hotspot settings
Paste
Copy
Paste
Go back
Wait for a couple of seconds
Personal Hotspot now available
