okay we've created a database for the
table and some entries and fill in the
fields so now you want to occasionally
backup your data base just in case
something ever happens to your server
and this is very simple to do with a
tool called my SQL dump my SQL dump
allow you to dump all the information
from the server into a SQL file so we're
going to do here is a similar to before
we assayed a shoe for user in this case
route and ash P&R password which minus
linux remember no space between the dash
p and the password and then at this
point we can just type in the name of
the database which is films by Chris and
then we can pipe well we can just hit
enter and you can see it dumped out all
the input arm for the entire database
now if we just if we had multiple tables
we just back want to back up a
particular table at this point we can
type in the name of the table so we can
say users and that cake that case would
output just that table and either way
whether you do the whole database or
just table you can just do pipe it are
not pipe it but use the Walker as some
people call them i call it the greater
than symbol to redirect it into a
database SQL file say data backup and
call it whatever you want . SQL and
might be good to put a date stamp in
that in the filename will hit enter and
there you go now the information from
that database from that table in this
case did the database films by Chris and
the table users so just that table is
now dumped into that backup SQL file
