Enlightenments DR16 (known as .e16) has been around since the late 1990's. in this very form.
so lightweight yet powerful, this is a video to show you a very short way to make the icon-box transparent.
there are extensive ways to configure everything you see (including the menus), you will see me switch from one theme to another for sake of showing a cleaner menu system.
This also shows 'theme-backgrounds' that come with the theme, there are many ways to select custom themes, but in the 'settings' box (that i present with this video) you see how each theme handles the objects. (not its resizing, or placine- which is also extensive, any image can be made smaller, larger, skewed, on the fly).
