Everyone, welcome back this is Dan from DHTV.
In today's video I'm going to be showing you how you can hide your caller ID with the iPhone. Let's get started.
Hiding your caller ID is very simple.
The first thing you need to do is open up your settings application and you want to scroll down to where it says phone.
Tap on phone and from this section here.
You'll see it says "show my caller ID". If you tap on that you can select to either "show it" or "not show it" just by swiping to the left (to turn it off) or swiping to the right (to turn it on).
Once you turn it off your calls will show up as private on most people's phones.
I tested this it works a hundred percent for me.
I'm not sure if other phones have the ability to filter through this or other companies.
So do this at your own risk if you're trying to hide your caller ID. But this is the method if you're trying to do so with the iPhone.
