How to save Outlook emails as PDF

This tutorial will show you how to output your emails to PDF. This is extremely useful for paper trail activities. E.g. your a contractor who is in dispute with a client, now you can output the paper trail straight to PDF in one go. Instead of going through things email by email.

this is a quick tutorial how to create
pdfs with the emails and the first thing
i want to point out if you will need
software is capable of creating PDFs and
adobe of quote and got a sweet that does
that i found a bit overpriced I used
nitro myself i find it less cumbersome
and nitro PDF and you can also get
cutepdf for free google it
I think you can just go to cutepdf
dot-com and you'll find the software do
it for you
so anyway we're back in our safety mail
folder where I've got these sample
emails and I want to save them now to
get all of them you can do a ctrl a
imagine there's hundreds of these in
their control a you can select which
ones you want by holding the ctrl button
so i could have this one another one
here here here or you can take shift and
hold it hold the shift you can select
like a row of them could say you maybe
don't want every male but you want the
first 10 or whatever the first thing i
want to say about this is be aware that
they will save them all in the same PDF
it won't create a hundred different pdfs
unless you set up to do with that this
way will actually just put them all in
one with does what i wanted to do but
you might want to do is slightly
different and you have to play around
without without it out but i just wanted
to show that how to do the PDS the basic
pdfs anyway so I've selected them here
now it in i am out log 2013 you can see
there's only a quick print there's no
print button here so for me I need to go
to file on the top arrow and see where
click file and click print the reason
being mine will always default to a real
printer now i'm printing off like 50
emails is going to
turn through my paper quite quickly they
don't want to pay per copy anyway so
what I am looking for is nitro PDF and
all you do is just like that one and i
want it in a memo style and simply just
click print going to save in the same
email storage folder that we use for
saving and when we did the drag-and-drop
you can see it's world away finished as
you can see here it's got two pages
because that's email one sec not to
that's what i was talking about saving
both in the same one
however closes down just to prove a
point here is here open it up again and
it's as simple as that
very useful for things like where you
have to print stuff off for paper trail
for example would be the only things
like tribunals we want to show the
actual trail of things or maybe you got
you want to show a trail of agreements
on sales
or construction work where you've agreed
certain things with a contractor or the
contractor you're the contractor and you
agreed with client you can actually just
print are all off rolling down file by
