Create a Multi Page PDF File (Mac OS X)
Create a multi-page PDF file from JPEG files. Handy to have many pictures appear in one file, like a booklet.
Closed Caption:
hello in this tutorial I'm going to show
you how to make a multi-page PDF file
like this booklet here you can see it
was one file but it's actually six pages
so i'm going to delete that and we're
going to replicate it from these six JPG
files first thing I do is select them
all and open with a preview
so here they are unfortunately sometimes
they get a bit jumbled so if you just
take a moment to reorganize them into
the audio track them
now i'm going to so that we can see 126
perfect and then select them all with
command a and then I'm going to file
export selected images change the format
to PDF choose we can see here they were
carrying we can close less and now I can
actually delete my JPG files because I
don't need them anymore
and next thing I do is I select my very
first video file
only now to see the thumbnails i'm going
to go to view thumbnails
there we go so the thumbnails is take
two
here's my thumb now now i'm going to
drag all the other files into that one
file so i'm going to select - 26 and
drag these files into number one
ok be careful not to drag them here
don't drag them into number one so you
can see the frame appearing that as i go
over Eric can release it and there are
all the files this
so all I have to do now is if I wanted
to make another file i can go to
duplicate duplicate or i can just hope
so
here to pick up or I could just click
Save and i'm just going to save and
that's going to change
my PDF file here into a book and you'll
see a binding appear here to show that
it's multi multiple pages so watches
that binding appears very fit and so i
think is this all these files i can now
delete because i have them in this file
here they are perfect thanks for
watching
