BUGS:
You Cannot Change The Icon Of A Packed/Compressed File.
Not All Icons Are Compatible. I Recommend Downloading Irfanview, and Changing the Dementions of the File To 32,32. This Will Make It Compatable. (Not All Icons Have To Be 32, 32)
