morning everyone this morning when I put
a converter on this blog and if you
haven't seen this yet
you will be because i have a timing belt
video we're just having trouble

gonna put a converter on this car is it
was leaking and I think the pieces are
breaking up inside and turn it sideways
and the blacks power sometimes what's up
let's get into that in a second the guy
has also this same bug it has two
hundred seventy thousand kilometers on
it
never had a timing belt I put one on the
other day it was finished you'll see
that is never had a spark plugs either
so anyway let's go down first step first
to get underneath it
first things first we need the gold
measure the inlet and outlet on this
converter and I think they might have I
was going to bring the smaller size of
the way you can use anything you want
i'm going to use this little sliding
pair of plastic vernier calipers
you could also cut pipe off converter
often measured with a tape measure
I can see it bulges up there's at this
little like the my new converter and
match up compared the old one so we are
looks like to the corridor inches okay
i'm going to measure the front and the
front is a little bit smaller so let's
hang out there guys I gotta reach in
there get this

the stuff was really thin it's hard to
well and I couldn't get around the back
side the whole backside this converter
was broke off
I can see now I'm going to add a piece
of pipe to it
so I'm just going to kind of hold it up
into place and I'm going to see thank
you well around the top part looks like
i should be able to get in there
so so it will determine sometimes you
get a clamp on these and they serve a
bad foot is good
the next step is to cut it off we're
going to add a peace pipe to this is a
woman up you can see it's not quite as
well as long as the one
ok let's get that turns out

trouble of the car had enough
usually at work I can knock one of the
converters off in about half an hour 20
minutes it down here that's going to be
another story
now you want to keep your position you
converter the same distance away from
your old real - it's a some time to
change the distance
it won't read right because they say the
exhaust gas is actually swirl inside but
if you believe that or not I don't know
anyway
ok so i'm going to switch to this cutter
instead of the husband because i can't
get in there you have a good set of
clothes on
ok guys you don't recommend using one of
these what the guards on it but I got to
get it warm get that's in there there

i think i have to go into town guys get
new blade and just shoot it right up
watch out it's hot

have to waste gas going back and forth

bigger cut off played for the saw
when it made more sense anyway let's

this is the problem here you see the
guts are broke up inside of that
converter a there and i think it was
plugging it
you see my shitty welding job and
couldn't get up on the top side can you
see where as welding this stuff was very
thin and flux cored as a world very good
anyway after a while the exhaust on this
car have to put time but upon it started
having a misfire and it wouldn't do it
all the time you see this
the platinum and that there goes 20
bucks right there on the ground all
coming out on the ground there anyway
let's get a new one in there and see
what we can do you see this was a bit
offset - so this might be a tricky one
to put in
okay so only got to remember when put a
new converter in some of these are dual
bed
they have to box inside here made of
different materials you have to have the
arrow the flow . in the right direction
or it'll screw up the test up
you see that's what's supposed to look
like you see right through that one
ok make sure you guys get rid of your
metal Birds I cut a piece of pipe to
length to fit between my converter
make sure you get rid of these metal
birds out of here because if you don't
they could come off and get jammed in
the converter and cause all kinds of
problems down the road
so I got a little chains off while I
could find and get rid of that shit
clean it up
okay for some media that don't know how
do you know i'm going to put this up in
their kind of like make sure this piece
goes in here and i'm going to want to
get into place like a slider those take
up the space
pretty simple anyway you guys going to
sit this one out why well because i
don't have another mass to put behind
the camera player gets more money coming
in i will buy another lens

okay I get that all welded in place i'm
not doing this again without a voice

ok so we have several leaks are going to
mark where they are

pin holes well it up
you can even use mother submit if you
have to i don't recommend it because it
doesn't last
what is only a pinhole it's good for
that but a bigger exhaust leak forget it
because it won't stay on this car has
mother issues with the exhaust you can
hear the mid pipe leaking right there
I can't fix out here is no way if i can
get out of the car could but it's not
worth it i just got a big pizza slag in
my ear when i write down inside should
always put your plugs in even for
welding because you never know where the
sparks are gonna go anyway guys I hope

although I gets back to some fun stuff
here shortly and take the tractor for a
