PowerPoint to DVD by turning slides into JPEG format

In my first video here on YouTube, I explain how to turn your PowerPoint presentation into a DVD that can be played almost everywhere. It is my first video, after all, so please accept some of its flaws and give me feedback, either with comments or messages. Thanks!

hello everybody this is amber one and
today this first of all this is my first
video on youtube i've been a member for
about a year now actually little over a
year and I actually want my first video
be something to help people so i'm going
to cover something that a lot of power .
users want to do but can't do it because
it's not included out-of-the-box and
powerpoint 2007 and then as the ability
to turn your PowerPoint presentation
into a DVD that can be played on a DVD
player or with the TV i'm sure a lot of
your more advanced users probably know
how to do this but some of the more
novices probably don't know how to do
this and they would like to so i'm going
to show it to you now the first thing
you need to do is open up your
PowerPoint presentation
and once it opens I'm actually doing a
powerpoint on the Hound of the
Baskervilles for for my english class so
by the way it's a really good book so if
you want to read it read it and then
what you need to do is we're going to
save it go to save as other formats and
by the way is power . of seven if you
don't know that's how that's what I'm
going to use this under save as type go
to jpg file interchange format that's a
JPG file so basically what it will do is
save each of the slides that you've
created in your PowerPoint presentation
as a jpeg picture file that you can then
import import into your your video maker
program where thats windows movie maker
or use pinnacle studio or even your
photo editing programs you want to do
something in there it will be able to do
is import them in I've already done that
before I started recording so I'm gonna
open up windows movie maker this is how
I choose to organize them and once
you're all ready to go
you want to import your media if we want
to get the pictures and import media and
wherever you have your pictures it like
pictures folder having in this folder
and just highlight them and import I've
already done that and then it's very
simple powerpoint automatically labeled
them in the order they should go
so this but 1622 next 2-3 and it's
pretty simple and that you even show you
already organized them with that for and
you can go on and on and that's just you
already have a video so then once you
can going you can get your video done as
your PowerPoint presentation so this is
actually good way to organize it the way
it is right now in the storyboard format
for your PowerPoint presentations very
easy to strike the slides
from there you can add more stuff you
can add titles and credits you can
affect you can have transitions you can
narrate your timeline whatever you want
to do and you'll be able to do it there
and once you're done once you're ready
to publish your movie you can just go to
publish movie you could pick where you
want to publish to you can publish to
this computer so it's is stored on your
hard drive or you can publish to DVD or
publish to recordable CD know or video
camera
I'm actually published to DVD and it's
going to tell you that once you burn
your movie to DVD windows movie maker
will save and then close your project
and then open windows DVD maker so it
does that i'll save it and DVD maker
will start it will load my tester video
here which is my powerful presentation
but it's not completely this one that
make it for this video and next and this
is why the way in Windows this stuff
course so you get this mr. wouldn't have
this feature so you're once you when you
click export to DVD it's going to open
your default DVD authoring program so
once your of that often get out here and
windows DVD maker just click burn it
it's pretty simple from there so that's
