here's a quick tutorial show you how to
add video to your PowerPoint
presentation
using the tools in the replay capture
sweet their three simple steps in this
process
find the video you want to include
capture it
and then you need to insert it into your
PowerPoint presentation
finding the video is usually the easy
part for most people
capturing video is also easy if you have
the right tool
and with the reply capture sweet you can
literally capture
any video or audio you can play on your
PC I may quickly show you how to
download a video from YouTube with
Replay Media Catcher
and the steps I take here are the same
steps you use on any site that doesn't
encrypt their video
there's one thing I wanna know however
is that PowerPoint will accept a lot of
video formats but the one video format
it doesn't accept is flash
and YouTube video stream in the Flash
format so to avoid a headache later
are you need to do is set up Replay
Media Catcher to automatically convert
the videos that you download from
YouTube
to a format that PowerPoint will accept
released report
it's not complicated at all I'm in the
library scream in reply me catcher a
here it says no conversion setting I
just click on this
I'm gonna go down to form an ounce and
I'm just gonna click AVI
same quality my converted video will be
the same quality as the original
and it will be in the AVI format which
is a really common video format and it's
one that
I know PowerPoint accepts so I have the
converter said a
now I did the internet screen i click on
first start monitoring and then I go to
you too and start playing my video as
soon as my video starts to play
Replay Media Catcher starts to capture
it
often up to 10 times faster than
real-time
my video was complete
and they've Justin Timberlake video was
only 19 seconds in
and if I go back to library now
Replay Media Catcher is automatically
converting my video to AVI
so it'll be all set for my power point
presentation
for incurred in sites like Hulu or
Netflix you need to use a screen capture
program like replay video capture
it's a video capture makes it super easy
to identify the area on your screen you
wanna record
are you need to do is play the video
that you're interested in capturing
click replay video captures get Video
button
it automatically identify the area on
your screen that you want to capture
and you can either click Record here
more here
you'll be able to see the video you're
capturing in the small user interface
so keep recording and so you've captured
the video you need for your
presentation and when you're done
capturing the video you need to click
Stop
and you're all set so now that I have my
video saved my hard drive
I just need to add it to my power point
presentation so here's my powerpoint
presentation
I go to the sidebar I wanna had my movie
I go to insert
it over here to the movie click the down
arrow to movie from file
I then find the movies hirsute hi
click OK includes the video in my
a presentation and it actually gives me
an option
I can have the videos are playing
automatically so in other words on the
slide opens
or when I click I personages when
clicked I can also
resize the video within the PowerPoint
presentation about wanted to be better
on the page which is
also very cool and that's it that's all
there is to it
if I wanted to add another side I can
actually do
duplicate the side and I want to
get rid of this movie and adds the movie
that I recorded using replay video
capture
hai jisko here go find that
here is the video click OK
again I need to do when clicked opened
make it slightly smaller dragged on for
page and now I have both videos inserted
I can play them by clicking on them
and stop them by clicking on them again
the Sun and that's all there is to it
what's great about this is now when I do
my presentation
I don't have to worry about my internet
connection I don't have to worry if the
video is gonna buffer
I don't have to leave my PowerPoint
presentation to go find the video online
and then go back to my presentation
it's all done see mostly I can be
offline
it's great so that is your tutorial on
how to add video
to your PowerPoint presentation help you
find it helpful
thanks so much by
it
