MKV Matroska How to convert into files for Sony Vegas

I was having trouble making any blu ray's with MKV files and I searched for awhile for a answer then I happened to tell my Dad what the issues were and he suggested ImToo video converter 6. I told him I had tried ImToo Blu Ray creator and it didnt work but I didnt have any other options to try so I got ImToo Video Converter 6 and tried it.
It worked like a charm so i thought I would pass the information along to those trying to use Sony Vegas to work MKV files with no success.
