How I am Using my Midori Traveler's Notebook!!!

This is one week into using my MTN!!! And I am in love. I love the simplicity and customization and warmth of it! No more planner anxiety for me!

hey guys 13 here I thought I would do a
follow up video on how i'm using my
midori travelers notebook i've been
using it for a little over a week and as
you can see I've completely moved into
it it's super thick and I've got a ton
of stuff in here which I will go through
and show you including how I jammed it
all in here and you know nothing goes
anywhere you can shake this you can
throw it onto the couch nothing's going
anywhere already really love how the
cover is already getting stuffed and
marked I'm really gentle with this you
know it's just my hands are in my
handbag and it's starting to smell
really good it smells like leather and
bits of perfume and lotion and and
loving it loving it loving it
let's get in the first insert i have is
the zipper pocket but i absolutely love
because if it's a ton of stuff and I've
got all my awesome pretty stamps when
i'm writing letters on the go and this
little address book which compared to
the size of the notebook you notes
it's a pretty big size and it just
office wonderful into this pocket I
could definitely fit more stuff in here
I'm loving that the zippered pockets of
really really nice quality and it's a
nice feeling the zipper itself works
wonderfully the next section is my diary
section which i'm using as my day
planner and I got bored and decorated it
that's one of the things i super love
about these notebooks is you can
decorate the covers to be to look like
whatever you want or you can leave them
completely link which is awesome and I
love the diary inserts and because
they're vertical line on week on two
pages and they were undated so i just
took my date Stamper and dated them for
the this booklet is six months worth and
that only took you know like a super
short amount of time and I'm not
decorating the pages per se but if you
do see decorations it's because i've
covered up something I've messed up
I've got my little keychain of my little
owl and key on it and like the couple of
these pages have washy borders and
that's because I messed up on the date
so it's basically just to fix a solution
what's really great is a semester and
school just started so I've already
prefilled in when my midterms are and
when my tests are and so that is awesome
and working really well for me and this
is the back of the zippered pocket it's
got and one big open flap and I've got
some post-it sticky notes on that side
and then this other side is an open flap
as well and I've got em to ready to
write ready to go letter so if I'm on
the go and bored and catch myself some
extra time somewhere i can write to my
penthouse the next insert is the craft
pocket and i took some of my vintage
dance and just stuck them on there one
night and on this side I've got a extra
page marking clips that are just little
magnetic clippies and just some stickers
and some masking tape thing is and just
like random stuff of them on the go and
doing nail art or if I want to doodle in
here I've got it all in one pocket which
is really nice
then the what i have in the middle of
this craft pocket is my journal section
which as you can see I've also gotten
bored and started doodling on it did
that work the other day the movie
instead of working and this is the craft
paper insert and I really really really
like it and they just like how the the
paper field and its really it's a nice
craft color it holds the ink really why
I'm writing in my diary section i'm
using my friction pin so that if I mess
up I can erase my diary because I want
to make sure you know for some reason it
does get super hot that my diary pages
don't disappear so i'm using my stubby
lowes i'm also doing that 5000 question
air thing in here so that's kind of meat
and this is sort of like a junk journal
catch-all and this was a little label
that I got added a stationary order from
silly on etsy and I was her very very
first order and are stationary is
absolutely adorable she you know designs
all these little characters herself and
it's wonderful and beautiful and
everyone should check them he and this
is little page marker I really really
really love this craft folder insert
love love love
and then the other side of the craft
pocket got the paper clips I've got my
business cards and then these are
actually and that my syllabus is for the
semester just printed out folded up and
stuck in there just in case I need my
syllabus which happens a lot
it's got all due dates and stuff on him
the final booklet I have in here is just
the basic lines one and I've got the
first couple pages clip together some
sort of keeping them separate from the
rest if I take off my little unicorn
well my husband thought it was a cow or
horse but i think it's the unicorn
anyway I've got like my to watch old
favorites list my to watch new things
I'd like to see my to-read list
I've got a diet plan list and i got my
first couple of Copic Sketch markers and
so I didn't think tests on them and well
obviously really don't want to use
alcohol-based markers on these thin
pages but I threw that in there i had
the paper with me and then I've got the
rest of this booklet broken up into two
things and this is where i'm going to be
doing all may know taking from art
appreciation class this is all going to
be my note-taking for a child growth and
development and that keeps it nice and
separate i can just go to page take this
off my notes and I really really really
and loving this notebook
love it love it love it love it at
briefly show you guys how I put
everything in here i think i followed
the instructions that came with the
notebooks on how I put them in here but
um the very center of my book is my
craft journal you can see that I stuck
that in there with the just the elastic
band and around that notebook I've also
stuck in my craft folder so my craft
journal notebook and my craft folder
notebook or pull being held by the
elastic band now then when I did
if you can see need to other booklets
I've got one in front and one in back
and what you do is you find the center
of those two side note books
um let me move my clips that actually
the actual center Center you pull them
around
sorry can see you hold them around the
center notebook you've got in there and
you just use one of those connecting
dance and I like to the ones that a
majority has because they're flat so
they'll a really nicely and you just put
the band all around that holds them in
then I sort of like pulled the center
will have to separate it and voila
and then for the zippered pocket I just
included that with the first notebook so
that's all held out with the one band so
literally everything in my travelers
notebook is all held in with just the
elastic bandage came with and one
connecting band and I have three
notebooks to pocket things you know a
whole bunch of clips and other things
and it just holds everything beautifully

that I'm gonna be doing is making my own
notebooks to go in here and probably pre
decorating them and maybe even listing
some of my etsy shop but i hope everyone
