Troubleshooting TBarCode Office on Windows XP / Office 2007

PROBLEM:
After TBarCode Office was installed it is invisible in the Microsoft Office ribbon.

REASON:
The barcode add-in requires Microsoft's PIA (2007 Microsoft Office System Update: Redistributable Primary Interop Assemblies) on Windows XP.

SOLUTION:
a) Download PIA directly from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en...
b) Execute the setup application
c) Install PIA by executing the installed application. Make sure Microsoft Office is not running during this step.
d) Start Word or Excel again.
e) Enable the COM Add-In TBarCode Office in Word options.
f) The add-ins tab will be visible in the Office ribbon after a few seconds.
