Creating Interactive flip books using Flipsnack

this video will show you how to use flip
snack so cool way to display student
work or even your lesson plans or your
projects for your student is to turn it
into a flipbook then you can just share
that link
let's just take a quick look at an
example i made so in Microsoft Word have
a quick project here called President of
the United States and there's pages for
different presidents and ideas save as
PDF and i already have it saved as a PDF
so let me just close that ok so now i'm
back on flip snack and i'll just click
make a flipping book
sign into your account you're not signed
in you can register through all sorts of
different social media
ok now once I'm logged in you just give
it a title go find it
ok now that's loaded if I wanted to add
more pages from different pdfs i can add
here and that will add it to the back of
the book and this is all done so i'm
going to click Next
you can choose the look and feel of your
book by clicking hardcover coil flip
interactive flip etc you'll get a
preview of what it looks like down here
i'll just go back to classic flip
ok so there's my book it's all done i
can change some settings on it if I'd
like the color and texture the size you
can also add a check mark here if you
wanted to auto automatically flip pages
ok this looks great ok so let's see what
this looks like
so you can see that PDF has turned into
a really nice flipping book i duplicated
pages here because I didn't want to
spend a lot of time creating that
content but for your students this is a
great way to display their work let me
just click escape for a second okay so
now we want to share this book so i'm
going to click finish which will publish
it and now i can share this book with
this link right here so i can click copy
and email that to whoever I want
ok now a few ideas for flip snack you
can create student portfolios your
students can create their own portfolios
you can use it for personal use all your
kids work at home that you want to turn
into PDS by the way a lot of copy
machines these days will create PDF
thing just load everything up in there
and copy to PDF give flip snack a try i
think you're going to find lots of uses
