Royal Envoy - Pirate Island Level 12

Tasks: 3 Cabins with 3 stars, 3 Cottages with 3 stars, 60 Happiness

The final level on Pirate Island is a bit tricky, and requires a different strategy than in previous levels. In this level you're only going to focus on producing materials using 2 sawmills, and then building and upgrading the required cabins and cottages. You won't need to hire any tax collectors or collect rent, but instead dig up the buried treasure around the map for extra gold. Once you've spent all your gold on building materials, demolish the 2 sawmills and build the last 2 homes you need. As long as you keep this strategy in mind while playing through the level you should be able to finish with your gold star.

Tip: If you have banks in the city, you'll be able to accumulate a lot more gold when you build and improve homes.
