Auto Shield Columbia - 30 mil XPEL Headlamp Film Install on a Corvette ZO6

The smoke XPEL 30 mil headlamp protection film installed on this black Corvette ZO6 finished off the "Blacked Out" look. The film, installed by Auto Shield Columbia, is installed in the same manner as the 8.5 mil film except as you notice heat is applied to form/mold the film around the corners. A stiffer "credit card" style felt squeegee is also used in place of a soft rubber Teflon coated squeegee. A water and alcohol solution is used to float it into place and to activate the adhesive.
