The HP Touch Smart Tx2 includes a multi-touch n-trig capacitive touch screen and pressure sensitive digitiser. It is also a full sized 12" Tablet PC for under AU$2000.

This review demonstates the Multi-Touch features that HP has added for Windows Vista. Down the track we will demonstrate this Tablet PC with the full multi-touch functionality of Windows 7.

have a PC for a couple operations
this is the HP TouchSmart tx2 tablet PC
them the first reason for the buzz is
the multi-touch display
which is similar to what you've already
saying on an Apple iPhone
the second reason for the buzz is the
price now not gonna boy too much for the
technical details
but when I get raw deal and show you
what it does one of the things that
makes the Apple iPhone really cool
is its capacitive touchscreen technology

the tix two ships with Windows Vista
Home Premium
on it and Windows Vista doesn't really
support multi-touch functions
so you windows 7 will nightly support
multi-touch functions when it comes out
later in the year

windows 7 beta
will have a lot of fun on this tablet PC
fortunately
hides P have included some of their own
support for multi-touch in Windows
but it's pretty basic I'll show you the
basics here

quite well overall the touch screen is
really nice and easy to use
but being a capacitive touchscreen means
that one respond
to your thing you know you can see here
it's responding my finger
but not my thing you know and that also
means that it won't work with just
any old style us it also won't work

the screen technology does include a
pressure-sensitive
digitizing pain which is really nice
feature particularly for handwriting

handwriting and even with my scroll
you can see that it works quite well it
it's very accurate
haven't had to calibrate the digitizer
at all but it does feel a little bit
different to you the way from digitizes
that must have a PC extradite have used
no but it doesn't take long to get used
to it the tix to use it I am day and not
an Intel processor
it is quite capable of running Office
applications does require a busy little
fan to keep it cool though
now a lot of people complained in the
last years at least

the ISO battery is well worth the
investment if you need to run
a little bit longer as you can see the
screen is very bright clear
I'm viewing angles a little bit limited
by the glossy screen which is pretty
typical
much consumer notebooks these days I'm
it weighs about two killers
but doesn't really feel heavy lot
support solid US three USB ports
got network port my report time
has while she in bills and as well as an
SD card reader
and a DVD burner as well she's really
nice to
it even has these very cool little media
center remote control with it
just listen to the song the best thing
about the tix to being Idaho uses
is that has a home uses price tag and
takes you so much pain was the first
full-size digitizing tablet
to come in under two thousand dollars so
