How to extract .001 files using just winrar

This is a tuotorial video about how to extract .001 files.

You just have to have winrar to do this
.
1)Open the folder where there are the .001 files
2)Open the .001 file propeties
3)Select it to be opened by winrar
4)Open it with win rar
5)Extract it somwhere (I extracted it to the desktop)
6)Jour done (you have the file you neded)
