You have a customer or member list in an Access file, an Excel sheet or a CRM, and you want to send each person a message that uses their own name, without exposing everyone else's address. Doing that from a normal mail client gets clumsy fast. BulkMailer Professional is a Windows desktop program built for this job.

Key features
Personalized emails from database fields
Database fields can be inserted dynamically into the email body. Each recipient gets an individual email and can't see the other addresses.
Use your existing address data without importing it
You can keep addresses in the internal database or open an existing one directly. The universal database interface reaches addresses from many sources. The program also reads MS Access and MS Excel files, and it can use an ACT! CRM database as a direct source or for import.
Edit HTML mailings with a Chrome/Edge-based editor
The integrated HTML editor handles embedded graphics, different fonts and backgrounds. It is based on Chrome/Edge, so it loads and edits complex modern layouts. You can send images with the email or as a link to a web server. You can also edit the plain-text version, and recipients can choose HTML or plain text.
Handle replies, unsubscribes and bounces automatically
The Feedback Module processes subscribe and unsubscribe mails (opt-in and opt-out). Undeliverable addresses can be added to the block list automatically. A form parser reads data from HTML web forms into the database, and the module can run programs and VBScript files.
Send through SMTP or a Microsoft 365 account
You can send via SMTP or directly through Microsoft 365 (Graph API). TLS 1.3 is supported.
Keep sending safe and organized
- A sending protocol for each email can make sure a recipient gets a mailing only once, even if you regenerate it.
- Sending from the outbox is fault-tolerant and can be interrupted at any time.
- An exclusion list keeps specific addresses out of your mailings.
- Profiles give each project its own settings and databases.
- Unicode/UTF-8 support covers Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, Arabic and Hebrew text.
Who it's for
It suits small businesses, clubs and associations that run on Windows desktops and keep their contacts in local databases or spreadsheets. Several workstations can share one central address and exclusion database, but that needs multiple licenses.
