Hello, everyone.
Muwen360 is here to make a video
in which I want to show you
how to convert a
Microsoft Word 2013 Word
document into a PDF format.
It takes only a few minutes
and it's very simple.
So first, you want
to open up Word.
And what I have here is
just the sample document,
and what you're going to do is
first in order to convert it
into PDF format you
want to click on File
at the top left hand corner.
And you'll get a
menu thing here,
and you want to go down
and click on Export
and get different options
here-- create Adobe PDF,
create PDF/XPS document,
change file type.
What you're going to click on
is create PDF/XPS document,
and create preserves layout,
formatting, fonts, and images.
Contents can't be
easily changed.
Free viewers are
available on the internet.
So you want to just
click on this button
right here to create the PDF.
This will be now
in the PDF format.
As you can see,
you can save it now
as a PDF-- Save As
Type PDF-- and you
can choose whatever
optimization you want.
I would go with Standard.

And then you would
just simply hit
Publish, and after that it
will automatically open up
whatever your PDF
reader is, and mine
happens to be Adobe Acrobat Pro.
And it's a PDF format now--
you'll see right here, .pdf.
