hey what's going on guys its IT tech
reviews here and today we will be
looking at an application that i got and
it's where is it oh it's right here it's
called officesuite pro we will also be
looking at documents to go and all of
office think its premium but we will be
looking at that um maybe later today or
later this week so
officesuite pro is the application that
we will be reviewing right now so they
ask you to register don't ask again we
don't really want to register whatever
okay I'm so this is kind of like the
main menu you could you could find files
on your external storage or internal
storage look at your documents are your
recent files or you could go ahead and
create a new document you have the
option of creating a word document Excel
workbook or PowerPoint presentation I've
already kind of played around with this
app and I'm i could see that the
powerpoint compared to kingsoft office
powerpoint seems to be a lot nicer on
this version so we'll just go ahead and
start with the word the word is really
nothing too fancy as you could see it's
like I have the Ono has like a little
maybe if you hold in portrait mode its
has a bigger kind of typing space so you
could see more of what you wrote
but i'm just going to keep it horizontal
for the video so as you can see
you get type and I spell world the wrong
and let's see what options we have here
so you have the option of selecting the
text making a bold italicize underline
italicize doesn't seem to really do
anything and doesn't do anything which
is kinda weird and to like select the
just autocorrected its worldwide to
select the text you wanna cut you want
to kind of like double I think you could
having trouble double that you should
double tap it
I don't know keeps popping the keyboard
up maybe have to hold it you could start
selection like this here we go
I don't know why this will move towards
the end but whatever then you could kind
of Center your text or you could
starting from like the left side half
points or you could have well that's
numerical you can appoint form here to
highlight your text and think oh you
could also change your color font color
ok and are in front now will we will
type in red
now i can't type when I want to type we
could just select this thread there we
go
worldwide on then you have the option of
printing from your device and you must
save before you print kind of makes
sense
and then you have at the top of the undo
button you could undo and redo and save
button course we're going to go back we
want to really save this right now go
ahead and look at the excel spreadsheet
so XL looks pretty nice you get three
sheets same same kind of form and you
got graphs over here could choose from
different type of graphs you got the pie
graph stack line cluster you've got a
whole bunch of different graphs you
could choose from which is pretty
awesome percentage dollar amount just
selected the cell that you enter once
again you could highlight cells
this is a filter so this is actually
pretty useful at my old work actually
used filters a lot in Excel and it's
very useful for reviewing data and there
you have the print button and once again
you have a formula thing at the top here
you can enter a formula actually its
function sorry could pick from whether
it's going to be what kind of function
is going to be a math trick logical
statistical text reference financial
stuff like that so anyone who's going to
be using excels very familiar with the
layout it's exactly pretty much the same
as it is on microsoft office and so
we're going to once again you have a
good change the font size and stuff
underlying strike x color background
color text background and stuff like
that you got all this stuff here
sighs sizes go up to 72 I don't know if
you could spare a couple of fonts here
five in total you think to you
yeah and ok also that the underline
strikethrough colors and stuff yeah so
that's pretty much it for the
spreadsheets let's go back and look at
powerpoint so powerpoint the first thing
that I found really cool about this i
don't know if you could do this in
kingsoft you haven't really used it for
quite a bit but you could select the
template and it's like it allows like
your presentation to have like a nice
feel to it it's not with the plain white
background and you have a couple of the
year I just want to go back because it
usually people like businessmen would be
interested in something portable like
this she could edit your PowerPoint
presentation on the way to work if
you're taking the subway or whatever and
as you can see there's like a business
type of theme layout so got the body
text you could move it around you could
rotate it will just going to type
something in for the sake of this
ok so next we're going to go back so you
could sell select it will select the
text box i think yeah and you can rotate
it
put it like this i'm not really sure if
you could file i want i'm wondering if
we could import pictures but I don't
think so
protect close let's see what else we
have here add it
toggle keyboard undo format increase
indent move bulletin
yeah so I don't doesn't look like you
could on input pictures you could just
make a text-based presentation.we pretty
awesome if you could actually insert way
I could answer pictures insert slide
insert tax which is all that's actually
perfect out of insert text means that
you could import well nevermind it just
gives you that there's a couple other
settings
wait what do we do I can't I see them
menuing all we can be selected or maybe
that's why I didn't see it before you
can have your tech so you could also go
into the slideshow you could yeah so you
could start the slideshow i'm pretty
sure there's a way to like use your
device as like over molt and have it
connected to the computer or a projector
and you could run your presentation that
way
what was this outline view here oh so
you see what you have written on each
slide and you could edit it here and
then you could form at the way it looks
are on the slides instead of having to
type on here which makes sense
so that's it pretty much for the
powerpoint throw a couple themes that I
wonder if you could actually import
themes and you could just save your
documents to see you could make a
document file to make a folder on your
SD card where it saves either on the
internal or external since if you have
one you could download dictionaries as
it says here we don't even have Wi-Fi on
right now so what's the matter
yeah but thats it for our mobile systems
off this suite 6 Word Excel PowerPoint
and PDF on your android phone so this is
a great application i bought it on the
Android not called the android market
anymore put through on the Play Store it
was actually on sale if you check out
one of my previous videos uh there's
this link that i found and it its
everyday i think it's everyday i'm not
really sure right now but there are
sales that go on on the Play Store and
the post apps on that link that are i
seventy-five percent off or more and you
could get like really good deals like
yesterday . sketchbook 425 central world
of goo for 25 cents and he asked so it's
pretty cool so be sure to check out my
