hello today we're going to learn how to
convert kml files into any of files EML
files are self-contained email files and
they can have file attachments and other
information relating to an email message
so I today I started

all right after we've selected our our
email messages go ahead and click on the
export manager that's the green down
arrow pointing to some yellow sheets of
paper and then that'll bring up the
export manager the export manager is
where we can select all the different
export formats that PSD or supports
these can all be customized and you can
include lots of additional instructions
in what we call an export profile but
tasty fewer comes standard with quite a
few export profile so it works right out
of the box for you the options that we
have our to be able to export the email
message with attachments embedded within
the PDF file as separate files or we can
convert the attachments and include them
as part of the PDF image or we can
extract the attachments and save them to
disk today i'm going to select
attachments embedded and then all i do
is click the start button and ps2 your
pro will ask me where should I put that
put the resulting PDF files all
intelligent put into this folder and it
goes to work for us
and looks like it's completed exporting
the PDF now let's go take a look at our
PDF file going to open the folder that i
exported the message to + you can see

it up in Adobe viewer and there is so
