hello everybody XD dr. Malucci you with
a halo 2 video on a tutorial how to get
the Scarab gun so what you're going to
want to do is I started this on easy the
map of course is metropolis I chose easy
because well it's easy you don't need to
be on legendary or anything special you
killed Marines at first get the rocket
launcher like just shown you need that
later take the hog and drive it down the
highway hog vs scorpion scorpions that
much slower you can definitely book it
with this thing
plus you can throw goes up in here like
that so yeah we're just gonna drive down
this be mindful of the pothole giant
pothole right here I hit it but I've
managed to stick the landing
don't do that unless of course you want
to i just added a little flair to the
video so we're going to continue down
here as you see the crane in the
distance
you seem like a tunnel passageway that's
where we're going to be aiming for and
once you get there there's going to be a
banshee and that then she is key to
doing this easter-egg if you want to
call it i just slammed through this you
can obviously take the left where the
roadblocks for traffic arms aren't but i
decided to bust through it quickly
powerslide or whatever you want there's
your banshee that you're gonna want now
you're going to wait until it turns
towards you
just like that and you're just going to
back up in the tunnel keeping it a
moderate distance away from you right
there it's a little close but it doesn't
really matter now you'll see that there
is this the highways divided with Rose
divided into four sections there's two
left lanes two right lanes you're gonna
want to stay in the lane I'm in right
now which is if you're driving in
America the right lane closest to the
middle so and then you see it starts
shooting at another hog it may not do
that you're just gonna want to follow it
until you get to that general area this
war how it's going to come through with
Marines you're just gonna shoot it
because you don't want them killing your
balance sheet and you want to make sure
you still have it and it didn't invent
it didn't run away from you
sometimes it likes to fly back through
the tunnel just taking out some of the
Jackals here and you may not been able
to see or not but the Banshee actually
flew through this barrier and that's
what i wanted it to do i actually didn't
plan on it going through at that exact
moment because only have to work on it
to kind of lure it through but shorten
up the video
it because that's a big annoying part i
simply picked up a plasma pistol here
but plasma pistols not necessary you
actually do want the padma rifle which I
pick up from this elite here because
this does a lot of damage on easy now
and it's also good for modifying the
Banshee which are going to need to do in
a couple minutes so right here I'm just
clearing out some of the enemy's taking
out some of the Jackals in the elite you
want it pretty clear i clear out the
whole entire thing just for the heck of
it and I suggest i strongly suggest
doing the same thing take frequent
checks back like I do here i just
checked the Banshee make sure it's still
there because I've had multiple
occasions where it's just decide to fly
back out into the open world and we want
to keep it down here in the tunnel so
you can do this at any time but i
decided to do now since decide to do it
now since it's tough but you shoot the
wings of the Banshee and they break off
like that
I tried to get the second one too but I
just couldn't get it so I try and move
over here and assess the fly right at me
i use my awesome aim skills get in
midair but be patient you definitely
don't want to break the band sheet again
just those two wings nothing to the body
or the whole or anything like that just
the two wings so again i'm just cleaning
out all these enemies that was the last
one and the easiest way I found to lure
the Banshee through is to stand on top
of that little middle way that's
blocking
the tunnel like so so I just run over
here and still realize the bank she
stuck it likes to get stuff a lot but I
crouch jump up here it follows you you
just jump back and it should slide right
through now this part takes me
absolutely forever because for whatever
reason the Banshee besides that it wants
to get stuck on every single corner of
the wall like so so this takes me a few
minutes it actually winds up going back
into the before section of the tunnel
which is really annoying so I'm going to
fast-forward this part real quick
until I can you know get to the general
time when it actually decides to
cooperate with me
yeah
alright so here I finally get it to come
back into the section that i needed to
again you're just going to want to lure
it through this door so I just stand
here and it follows me and and then it
gets stuck on a wall
this will happen so many times do not
get frustrated because that will be the
end if you get frustrated but what
you're essentially trying to do here is
there's two tunnels one on the right and
one on the left as soon as you if I were
to face left right now or behind me
there's a hallway that I just walked
into you want the tunnel where I am you
can see there's a tunnel adjacent to me
but you want the left tunnel if you walk
into the to the big open area
yeah
ok
it finally comes back out and it almost
fly see there and it applies to their
that you have to restart the whole thing
but this is where you want it right in
the tunnel then top left you'll see
loading and done right as soon as you
see loading you have literally one
second to hold down x and get in there
and once you're in there you're just
gonna want to fly up here now it's that
big tower tower bridge looking structure
that goes across the two buildings and
it's going to be located or right up
there there's nothing on the second one
but once you're in this batch you can
pretty much fly all around the map
nothing's gonna kill you
there are a few barriers though so be
aware of those but yeah it's pretty fun
to explore around in the banshee
so once you have gotten up to altitude
right about here you it's going to be
about in the middle of the bridge right
there you see that little orange cone
and there it is now looks like a normal
plasma rifle as you can see here it's
got the same skin texture all that kind
of stuff and that doesn't react and you
can see that it's floating above and
orange cone now I can take it and swap
it with either weapon i choose the
plasma pistol because i didn't want it
and you can see there's like almost no
there is no difference in appearance
between the two guns except of course
one shoots scarab bullets
so you have infinite ammo and there's no
overheating of the weapon so you can
just fire this thing continuously until
you totally screw up the graphics card
in your xbox or you can use it
conservatively it's up to you i don't
know why you use it conservatively if
it's got unlimited ammo and fire rate
but if that's your thing sure i'm going
to i bring it over here to demonstrate
it you can fly your banshee back down
here and play the rest of the level if
you really want to with the gun if you
can make it up there with legendary this
would be a great weapon to have on
legendary difficulty as you can see it
just totally demolishes rates goes
49 yards I mean I just cleared out this
whole area almost instantly mag elite
looked a little glitchy to me but as you
know as you go closer decides to come
into focus and it's it's normal
so again this thing takes out ghosts
like nothing
11 shots should do it also warthogs as
well as Marines which can be
demonstrated
so that's the Scarab gun
a total and utter destruction weapon
can just see it cutting through these
ghosts like butter
it works on grunts as well and you can
pretty much just go now I kill myself
here to show one point that if you do
manage to kill yourself or Die you
respond right here in the band sheet so
you can go right back up and continue to
get the Scarab so that's it guys thanks
