ok today we're going to take a look at
the Genius can smartphone app enables
you to create a pretty close
approximation

smartphone

app and first thing we need to do is go
into the settings and make a few changes
from the defaults first of all the image

we've made those changes to the settings
it's time to take an image of our
timesheet and here it is to get as close
as possible

and we need pretty flat lighting here we
don't worry shadows it's just going to
make it more difficult for the app to
process it and we can see now the app is
loading up the image is going to try and
recognize the timesheet pretty close to
exactly where the time she is we can
adjust these borders little it's going
to crop and disregard anything outside
of this box and we're happy with that we
hit the tick it's cropping and there's
our scan nice illogical black-and-white
can see the creases don't see any gray
on it at all
exactly what we want to hit the share
button pick our mail app from the
smartphone list there and send it away
to the relevant address at YW timesheets

send and that is on its way to be
processed
