hey everyone this is sarah with tour of
use for you
only today we don't have a toy we're
going to be making smoothies
I have your a jamba juice smoothie and
ice pop maker
I had no idea they have made this as
it's from 2010 and I found it at a local
antique shop
this food maker is for ages eight and up
and when I saw this I was so excited I
love Jamba Juice my most favorite jamba
juice is the very lime sublime
all right guys let's about the box and
see what comes inside and here it is
it looks awfully cute doesn't it this
wasn't a brand new set so i have washed
everything to make sure that everything
has been sanitized on the right side of
the machine is the blender and this is
where you planned up all your
ingredients to make them into a smoothie
you just need to press the buttons on
the left turn on the blender
the machine does use for double-a
batteries for it to work on the other
side is the ice pop maker and when you
blend all your ingredients together you
put them into the little containers and
you make some delicious ice pops
also included in the box was this really
long mixing spoon a special cleaning
brush you can easily clean out your
smoothie an ice pop maker and of course
some instructions on how to use your
machine and what's really nice is that
they've been putting some really simple
recipes inside for you when you want to
make your first smoothies
all right i am so excited to get started
so I think for this very first recipe
i'll be using some strawberries some
bananas and some freshly squeezed orange
juice
I have an orange tree my backyard with a
ton of oranges on it so i thought i
would use up some of the oranges in this
recipe to make some chips
all right let me take the top off of the
blender what's nice about this blender
is that is kid friendly and there's no
way you can get your fingers near the
blades
it has this plastic barrier on top
that's not removable first we'll put in
some delicious strawberries
then we'll add some of the banana pieces
last will add some of the freshly
squeezed orange juice
that should be good enough to put the
lid back on the blender and turn it on
to blend everything together
yeah
well it definitely blended a lot of the
ingredients together but it still looks
kind of chunky
maybe I'll run it for just a couple more
minutes
I think this is a smooth as i can get
with these ingredients so now I'm going
to turn this into an ice pop the blender
has a spout and the back which makes
this super easy to port into her ice pop
molds
yeah

yeah
now just carefully slip in the ice Popp
handles
i'm going to make another type of ice
pops all take up my blender to rinse it
out
alright blender is clean so we'll make
another type of ice pop this time we'll
be adding some strawberries some
blueberries and some more of my
delicious orange juice
this time I cut my strawberries into
smaller chunks so maybe that built blend
a little bit easier in my blender

ok
well I guess this is as much as it will
blend our mixture still looks a little
bit on the chunky side but that's okay
I think it'll still taste pretty good in
the ice pop

now we'll take out my little ice pop
maker here and I'm going to put this in
my freezer for it to freeze overnight
you know I can't wait to try out my ice
pops so I think in the meantime I'll
make a smoothie for this recipe i'll use
some delicious strawberries some of my
leftover banana and instead of the
orange juice
i'm going to add some milk and some ice
oh yeah
oh no that's okay I'm applies in there
yeah
whoa look at that it looks so good
all right you guys let's give this a
taste test I cannot wait
hmm wow that was excellent great first
smoothie right guys is the next day my
ice pops are completely frozen
the instructions say to put the ice pop
container under some warm water so that
the ice pops can be released from the
molds
let's see if the warm water worked
oh my gosh wow these look so delicious
can you guys see all the fresh fruit
inside a better lick up that drip
hmm whoa
well this is really good these are so
refreshing
he's going to be so good when it's hot
outside
mmm
let's see if i can find the strawberry
banana one
nope that's not it that's the strawberry
blueberry one must be this one
yep here it is a lot lighter in color
mm-hmm this one's really good
it's gonna be tough to pick a favorite I
think it would have to be the strawberry
banana one delicious
well the smoothie and the ice pops were
both delicious
so i have to say this maker is a success
