ok this is chad with you again just
coming today with a quick reloading tip
this one involves a brass tumbling and
the use of a electrical timer in order
to time the brass and shut the unit down
and prescribed time makes it a little
bit easier if you're kind of a busybody
like i am you know you don't always
remember to come back and turn your
tumblr off you know if you want to
tumble for 45 minutes or an hour couple
of hours and you want to tell me all
night like i have in the past pres ones
are very shiny but the media ones up
very black so you pretty much ruined an
entire number full of me so it's just it
happens to everybody but with the use of
intellectual time are available through
any home-improvement store walmart such
as that you can avoid that kind of
situation and time your brass and that
way you know if you do forget and come
back later on you know your brass is
actually done you know the tumblr shut
down for the most part of powers turned
off to the tumblr so everything's good
to go i'm going to show you some
close-ups of the timer that i use it i
picked up at home depot and I'll show
this setup in action
ok this is the time that I picked up at
home depot
this is a GE photocell controlled
outdoor timer basically it has a few
different functions you've got an off
function when you have a dusk till dawn
this is where the photocell comes into
play
it'll actually since light outside and
turn a piece of equipment on or some
lights on overnight and then turn them
back off in the morning when it senses
the light of dawn but mainly I use it
for the two hour timer function right
here and this has two outlets on the
bottom so it comes in pretty handy for
doing something like tumbling so let's
get this thing set up and show you how
it runs ok so I've got my time were
plugged in the wall and then my tumblr
is plugged into the timer here units it
off so one of the first thing I'm gonna
do is basically take a little strip and
cover up the photo sill especially to
trick the time we're thinking that it's
dark so what I should work ok so the
next thing is just going to be to turn
the timer on to the to our position
and that will time the tumbling for that
period of time and then shut the unit
down when that time is expired make sure
that photo sales cover
