been enhanced and improved from previous

how many times
an image with resolution too low to use
probably a countless number of times
just increasing file size in Photoshop
normally doesn't work and trying to
further improve it with the usual tools
could be messy difficult and frustrating
to say the least
well our low resolution enhanced filter
which I have optimized specifically for
screen printing is probably the answer
and will save you time and money when
attempting to improve upon low
resolution files I've tested against
output from standalone commercial
applications costing hundreds of dollars
that only performed this one function
and nothing else and even i'm amazed at
the results of our technique in fact the
samples on processing here in the demo
video are the most difficult type as
they also contain hard lines which are
important to screen printers and as you
can clearly see at high zoom levels
the results are incredible following
processing and obviously depending on
appearance at times i suggest to sharpen
and saturate the image a bit further
using the two following actions which
are optimized for this purpose the cost
savings alone with the ability to turn
lower resolution files into usable
artwork can be quite substantial

simulated process color is a highly
complex technique which breaks down an
RGB image into printable spot color
channels it's the holy grail of color
separations and is the primary reason
why screen printers by a program such as
this
not all simulated process is created
equal and most programs generate poor or
difficult to adjust files however quick
steps is certainly not among them the

and pulling an enormous number of color
channels and that's a good thing

from the non-black underbase to the
white base option to channel we can now
omit the black ink and run as a five
color job on black shirts will click

to point out the non-black on the base
is mostly used with darks other than
black when running black ink is a must
we've opened a fresh copy of the
