[HOW TO] Post FACEBOOK VIDEOS to INSTAGRAM - iPhone PC Mac

In this video, I'll show you how to easily post your favorite facebook videos on Instagram. The first method will work for all devices (iOS, Android, MAC OS, Windows) via Email/Dropbox and the iPhone users can use a facebook downloader app from the app store to save the facebook videos directly to their camera roll.

today I'm going to show you how to
upload a facebook video to Instagram
now i'm going to show you how to do this
on a mac pc desktop i'm also going to
show you how to do this on a phone
mobile device
so I'm going to do this as quick as I
can I don't want to go too fast i do
want you to be able to follow along and
everything i'm going to show you is free
let's get started so the first thing
we're going to do is launch either
Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox i'm
going to show you both ways to do it
side by side click on this little menu
button in the top right hand corner
click on settings extensions and we need
to download an extension it's the same
thing for Mozilla Firefox menu button
it's going to be add-ons extensions and
we're going to search for video
downloader
I've already tested these extensions
here
video download a professional and video
downloader fvd both of these work for
mozilla firefox i'm using aunt video
downloader or video downloader helper
either of these will work as well
log into Facebook and find the video
that we want to download all i need to
do is play the video as soon as the
video starts to play and download the
video right there so there's one way to
do it and then here's the other
extension that i have and i can download
that right there you can see that the
videos are downloading here in the
bottom left hand corner firefox exact
same thing I just need to find the video
here's one and boom here's my video
downloader helper
download that video and that's going to
download to my desktop
great if you need to trim the video
before you send it to your phone go
ahead and download handbrake handbrake
is a free program is available for mac
and pc and it's very simple to use and
it will allow us to cut trim clip the
video so i've already downloaded
handbrake you can just search google for
it
it's free just click on source here's
the facebook video i just downloaded and
i'm going to click on chapters but i'm
going to select
seconds and i'm going to basically
select the time in the video that i want
to cut out so that's 15 seconds here is
my total video time that i'm going to
end up with click on browse and i'm
going to save the video to my desktop
click on start that will convert the
video just popped up right here
if you take a look at the video it's
pretty small it's under a megabyte
so you could just email yourself this
video file if the video file is too big
for email also use drop box Dropbox is
available for iPhone and Android and
it's free it's very easy so i could just
drag and drop that into my dropbox use
the dropbox app on your phone to
download the video onto your phone so
here is my phone here is my dropbox app
there's the trim video i would just
select it
save video and that will export the
video it will save it to your camera
roll and now i can just go to Instagram
directly and i can upload that video
facebook video to Instagram only using
your phone over to the app store when
you download an app type in facebook
video downloader go ahead and download
video get for facebook
once you download that app we can just
launch the app and it's very similar to
what we were doing in the beginning of
this video we would just click on
facebook and we would just find the
video that we want to download just play
the video
a little download button pops up once
you do that you can click on downloads
and you can see the video will pop up
here
select the video copy of photos app
boom and now it's on my phone so now i
can actually go to Instagram
and i can select the video and it just
begins to play
