The idea of icebreaker bingo is facilitate groups of people getting to know each other, and break the ice! The idea is that you give each member of the group one of the bingo cards, and ask them to talk to other members of the group, and when they find somebody who matches one of the descriptions ask that person to sign the matching square(s) - maximum of 1 or 2 signatures per person on each card. The winner is the person who gets the winning bingo pattern such as two intersecting lines of five, but winning is not that important - it is more important that the people in the group start to get to know each other!

The steps to create icebreaker bingo cards using this bingo card maker software are:-

1. Start Bingo Card Printer

2. Click the large button labelled "Create New Bingo Card Project..." (or click "New..." on the "File" menu).

3. A dialog box should appear. Click on the "Event" tab.

4. Scroll down and select the icebreaker template - "Ice-Breaker", then click OK (or simply double click on "Ice-Breaker").

5. You are now ready to print your icebreaker bingo cards, or, if you wish, you can customize them by adding/deleting items, changing colors and fonts, choosing a different bingo card size, etc.

6. Enter the number of bingo cards you need to print in the space provided, then click "Print..." on the "File" menu to begin printing.

The icebreaker template provided will initially contain the following items, however you can of course customize the list of items (by adding your own items, or deleting unwanted items) if you wish to:
