how to use
software A-PDF. A-PDF products are very large
list. We are going to choose PDF password security.
A-PDF password security is a desktop utility program
that let you to protect your PDF
with using encrypting or a password.
The 4th version is here.
You can ger 4th version for twenty seven dollars.
Or you can download the prior version.
Here for myself , I have the 4th version for 27 dollars
from epdf.com .
Let's begin with installation of the
software. You double click on it . Executed.
Then you click Next button for the first screen.
You except agreement here.
Then press next. Then choose where to
directly install your software. Click Next.
You choose the name of a folder.
Click next again. Here you can create
a desktop icon and quick launch icon. Here
I am going to create only desktop icon and I click
next. Then final I click install and wait
for the installation of the software.
Here you can check this box to launch A-PDF
password security, directly after installation.
Just click finish here.
Here is the site again open. For the free

A-PDF. Let's now
try to use A-PDF
password security. You double click on it
and you get this screen.
Here you have single PDF document security.
You can add or move passwords
only from a single PDF. Detch PDF
document security
to add a batch of documents, two, three
or more.
And here there is Hot directory to match our directory to PDF files, copy them.
They will be encrypted inside a
output directory
automatically. Here choose the
single PDF document security, then
you click Next. When you click

select the PDF,

Our PDF are here. I'm going to choose
only one.
The security level, here you can choose
low, high and three
degrees high. About Acrobat,
9.0, 7.0 and 5.0 .
I'm going to put here a low. Require a
password to open the comment. I check
this book's and I put a password.
For here, I'm going to put a simple password
123456.
Then I click save. Set the PDF document security is successful.
The PDF is actually protected now. I click on finish.
As you see here, itself has closed the
window.
Let's test it. Open the PDF. I click on

one and

a password here, so I can open the PDF. I
put 123456
and then click okay and the PDF is
open now. Samething
let's try it with bunch of documents.
Detch PDF document security, click next.
Here you add a
file 1 and then you can add file 3
and add file
5 here. I'm going to
to remove the file 1 because its alread protected.
I add file 4.
Now we have to free PDF files here. No
password set.
We click next.
Then you put your low or high. You can choose one of those for
and you check require a password to
open the document.
I choose123123
and I click save.
Success for all the files, then click finish.
Let's test it all 5
123123
and it works.
