HSS for this is fairly simple you turn
it on
he had these two buttons and now we're
in HSS moat is does have its own HSS
just basically fired and cleared the
capacitor so now I can work from 116th
power all the way up to full power with
this
18 thousands of a second and with the
Sony one for thousands of a second so
does the sony I don't think there's any
higher than that so now how I make this
work is OK we were to any other video
when I was talking about the TV 850
you're talking about using this adapter
well we don't need to use it for us so
we just take this off and now we have
the trip transceiver I have my sinker
adhere to the 3.5 millimeter jack and
when I do is that this isn velcro velcro
it on sometimes I've gotta even take it
on if it's kind of windy crazy day I
usually like to get on with some
gaffer's tape now I put it inside of the
sink and there we go
so I'm basically ready now now I could
turn this flash up and download this
trigger system but with this setup I
usually keep the trigger in my pocket
the one that can turn the system up and
down I just keep in my pocket when I
need to turn it up or down that's the
only downfall is that I can't talk to
the the power management system in the /
with this trigger but if I just leave
the other trigger my pocket I could talk
to it so HSS ok with the Sony one for
thousands of an F to an ISO 125 I'm
using the thirty five-millimeter lens
and there we go I am getting HSS so
works great
never had an issue the thing with this
is just make sure that the wireless in
the menu system the wireless on the
camera icon and it's my new number to
make sure the flash motors and wireless
when you put this on also make sure that
your electronic shutter is off or you're
gonna get a little lines coming down
because of the stroboscopic effect that
these HSS capabilities create it will
create lines from the first curtains so
they work it works the same way you just
take this right and you can just take
this off and go straight from you know a
bigger flash to your smaller Speedlite
like that now you could keep this
adapter on the Speedlite and just switch
back and forth when used in HSS and it
works fine so that's it just says with
the flashpoint are all six hundred be
it's really simple I was shooting at
1:16 power that's as low as it will go
you can go up to 12 one hour using HSS I
have shot midday Sun with this thing and
it just kills it
we're good so so that is it just as with
a more you know more powerful flash so

this kind of with my life sick I use
this light stick for everything pretty
much it when I can if you don't have an
extra assistant then you're gonna have
to use a pool or something and that's
fine with me and my wife working
together we always kinda have each other
