Flip or Reverse Text Using Microsoft Word

This Tutorial shows how to reverse, flip or mirror text using Microsoft Word.
This Technique is useful when you want to print onto Transfer Paper to then iron on fabric.

in today's tutorial I'm going to show
you how to flip or reverse a text
image in microsoft word
that X image can be used to print on
transfer paper which can then be used to
maybe make fabric labels or transfer
that image or text onto fabric of any
fun of any kind like t-shirts or fabric
to make a wallet or a little zipper
pouch
whatever you want let's get started
once you're in Microsoft Word locate the
insert menu
the insert tab
once in the insert tab go ahead and
locate word art
when you drill down I usually like to
select this one
you can format any of these now I'll
show you that in a moment
type your text i am going to use the
name of my etsy shop because most likely
i would use this
to make some fabric labels or to put on
some sort of marketing
some little marketing thing that would
make
so in this particular case
I like common sense and let's make that
a little bit smaller
hold it until face it now this
particular shape has shaped I don't want
the shade so i'm going to go to the
shadow effect
remove it
and
i'm going to change the color to be
orange and the shape outline to be
orange
now the shape outline you could just do
black
if you wanted to actually that looks
kinda cute let's go with that
now you it's the way that I want it
you're ready to flip it
locate rotate
flip horizontal you're done
you can see that this word our tools
format brings all of these different
options
you know have fun with it
look at all the stuff you could deal
right
again
just have fun with it
go crazy
at this point you're ready to print it
on to your transfer paper but i would
suggest printing a test page first
that way you don't waste on your
transfer paper in case something doesn't
look that you want it
