How to Close a Sales Cycle in your CRM - OnePageCRM

If your prospect is not currently interested in your product and you don't want to delete them from your OnePageCRM database, you can close their sales cycle.

This moves them to the bottom of your Action Stream, helping you to focus on those contacts with upcoming Next Actions. You can quickly reopen a closed contact and assign a Next Action if another opportunity arises in future.
